1. You agree that these terms apply in full force or effect to your use of Emgurukul and by using the same You expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use Emgurukul, if You have any objection to any of these Standard Terms and Conditions of Emgurukul.
2. You agree that Emcure is only an intermediary to facilitate a mentor mentee program through Emgurukul platform which will help You in long-term relationships and guidance from senior to young Doctors and hence, in case of any tips, suggestions or guidance provided by the mentor Doctors shall cause no liability on Emcure in any manner whatsoever.
3. Emcure reserves the right, in it’s sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. It is Your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates.
4. As a condition of use, you promise not to use Emgurukul platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by Law. You agree not to use the services:
1. To abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate any person;
2. To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive profane, offensive or that infringes any copyright or any other right of any other person;
3. Publishing any material available on Emgurukul in any media;
4. Publicly performing and/or showing Emgurukul platform;
5. Using Emgurukul to engage in any advertising or marketing;
6. To record, save or store any session by any means, between the mentor and mentee;
7. Create a false identity or to otherwise attempt to mislead any person as to the identity or origin of any communication.
5. No warranties: Emgurukul platform is provided “as is” and Emcure makes no express or implied representation or warranties, of any kind related to this platform or materials contained or sessions conducted on/through Emgurukul. Furthermore, nothing on Emgurukul shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you by Emcure.
6. Limitation of liability: In no event shall Emcure, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Emgurukul, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Emcure including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of Emgurukul.
7. Representation: You represent and warrants to Emcure that:
1. All registration information submitted by you are true, accurate and complete;
2. You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
3. You will not use Emgurukul for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
8. Intellectual Property Rights: Emcure owns all the rights to intellectual property and material contained in Emgurukul. It is the proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Emgurukul (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by Emcure and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights of India and international conventions.
9. Confidentiality: You shall not share any confidential information received by you while using the Emgurukul.
